The project
In the Zurich corridor, Lamea is developing a house of fully equipped studios with a reception that is available on site every day, and with cleaning and laundry as standard. The guest journey from booking to departure runs through our own application, in several languages, with a personal contact instead of a ticket system.
The approach
Lamea does not build in order to lease out. Ownership and operations stay in one hand. Whoever answers for the quality also carries the result.
The market
The reference market is the Zurich corridor. We are looking for conversion properties and development opportunities in central locations with good public transport links.
